Returns & Cancellations
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without giving any reason. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.
To initiate a return or cancellation, log in to your account and go to your Orders page, or contact us at support@thinees.com.
Cancellations may be requested at any time before your order is fulfilled.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@thinees.com with details of the product and the defect. Send the item to:

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven't received it, contact us at support@thinees.com.
